Unless otherwise ordered by the court, an appeal pursuant to NRS 155.190 does not stay any order or proceeding in the estate or trust. The court may grant a stay, pending the appeal, of an order from which the appeal was taken, upon such bond, undertaking or conditions as it deems just or appropriate.
