  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

1.  Costs or fees regularly earned, paid or incurred by the trustee for administration of or protection of the trust estate;

2.  Taxes on the same; or

3.  Taxes on the interest of the beneficiary thereof.
