‘Magistrate’ means an officer having power to issue a warrant for the arrest of a person charged with a public offense and includes:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039

2. Judges of the Court of Appeals;
3. Judges of the district courts;
4. Justices of the peace;
5. Municipal judges; and
6. Others upon whom are conferred by law the powers of a justice of the peace in criminal cases.
