Any person who willfully resists, prevents, impedes or interferes with the Commission, its members, the Administrator or agents in the performance of duties pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 233.210
- Administrator: means the Administrator of the Commission. See Nevada Revised Statutes 233.020
- Commission: means the Nevada Equal Rights Commission within the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. See Nevada Revised Statutes 233.020
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
