As used in NRS 244.308 to 244.3091, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 244.308
- county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
1. ’Board’ means the board of county commissioners and includes the Board of Supervisors of Carson City.
2. ’Commission’ means the county park commission.
3. ’Commissioner’ means a member of the commission.
4. ’Facilities’ means any recreational, cultural or park property authorized by NRS 244.308 to 244.3091, inclusive.
