Nevada Revised Statutes 332.400 – Rights of local government and qualified service company if insufficient money appropriated by local government to make payments
Notwithstanding any provision of NRS 332.300 to 332.440, inclusive, to the contrary, a performance contract entered into pursuant to NRS 332.300 to 332.440, inclusive, must include a clause that sets out the rights of the local government and the qualified service company if the local government does not appropriate sufficient money for payments to be continued under the performance contract.
