1. A person who is employed as a paraprofessional by a charter school to work in a program supported with Title I money must possess the qualifications prescribed by the State Public Charter School Authority.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 388A.527
- Charter school: means a public school that is formed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 388A of NRS. See Nevada Revised Statutes 385.007
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. As used in this section, ‘paraprofessional’ has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 391.008.
