The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the interment, removal or other disposition of the human remains of a native Indian pursuant to NRS 383.150 to 383.190, inclusive.

- remains: means the body of a deceased person, and includes the body in any state of decomposition and the cremated remains of a body. See Nevada Revised Statutes 440.025
