A physician, clinic or dispensary providing treatment to a person who has a sexually transmitted disease shall instruct the person in the methods of preventing the spread of the disease and in the necessity of systematic and prolonged treatment.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
