1.  Every children’s camp must have suitable toilets and disposal systems or portable facilities for temporarily holding sewage that is treated with chemicals which conform to the provisions of the Uniform Plumbing Code of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, as adopted by the Division, and all applicable administrative regulations which pertain to the disposal of sewage.

  • Division: means the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services. See Nevada Revised Statutes 444.002
  • population: means the number of people in a specified area as determined by the last preceding national decennial census conducted by the Bureau of the Census of the United States Department of Commerce pursuant to Section 2 of Article I of the Constitution of the United States and reported by the Secretary of Commerce to the Governor pursuant to 13 U. 2.  A children’s camp must provide one toilet or portable facility for every 15 persons or fraction thereof in the camp population.
