An officer, administrator or employee of a facility licensed pursuant to this chapter shall not retaliate against any person for having:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Reported a violation of NRS 449A.200 to 449A.263, inclusive; or
2. Provided information regarding a violation of NRS 449A.200 to 449A.263, inclusive, by a facility or a member of the staff of the facility.
