Every person convicted of willfully and falsely representing a device, substance or treatment as effective to arrest or cure cancer is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 457.210
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Cancer: means all malignant neoplasms, regardless of the tissue of origin, including malignant lymphoma and leukemia. See Nevada Revised Statutes 457.020
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
