All other forms of wagering or betting on the results of any of the races or events licensed under this chapter outside the enclosure or establishment where the races, events or off-track pari-mutuel wagering are licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission are illegal.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 464.060
- Off-track pari-mutuel wagering: means any pari-mutuel system of wagering approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission for the acceptance of wagers on:
(a) Horse or dog races which take place outside of this state;
(b) Sporting events; or
(c) Other events. See Nevada Revised Statutes 464.005
