‘Responsible managing employee’ means the person designated by the employer to exercise authority in connection with his or her principal or employer’s business in the following manner:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. To make technical and administrative decisions.
2. To hire, superintend, promote, transfer, lay off, discipline or discharge other employees and to direct them, either personally or through others, or effectively recommend such action on behalf of his or her principal or employer.
