Nevada Revised Statutes 489.272 – Regulations concerning certain sales or transfers of title or ownership
The Administrator shall adopt regulations:

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Requiring a person who is buying or selling a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach pursuant to:
(a) A sale to satisfy a lien; or
(b) A contract for sale or other agreement by which the certificate of title or certificate of ownership does not pass immediately from the seller to the buyer upon the sale, to submit to the Administrator such information regarding the sale as the Administrator deems necessary.
2. Establishing requirements for the issuance or transfer of a certificate of title or certificate of ownership of a mobile home, manufactured home or a commercial coach in cases involving:
(a) More than one transferor or transferee;
(b) A transferor or transferee who holds a certificate of title or certificate of ownership in trust for another person; or
(c) A sale to satisfy a lien.
