The registrar shall require registrants on behalf of an entity that is not a natural person to take the following oath, in substance: I am over the age of 18 years, and the (position held) of (name of entity), or have been duly authorized in writing to register on behalf of (name of entity); that the entity is organized under or has qualified under the laws of Nevada to transact business therein and is the holder of title or evidence of title to ….. acres of land within the boundaries of the ……………. (name of district).

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
