No right or remedy conferred upon any holder of any bonds or any trustee for that holder by this chapter or by any proceedings appertaining to the issuance of those bonds is exclusive of any other right or remedy, but each right or remedy is cumulative and in addition to every other right or remedy and may be exercised without exhausting and without regard to any other remedy conferred under this chapter or by any other statute.
