‘Acquisition’ includes extension, alteration, reconstruction, repair or other improvement by purchase, construction, installation, reconstruction, condemnation, lease, rent, gift, grant, bequest, devise, contract or other means, or any combination thereof. ‘Acquire’ has a correspondingly extensive meaning.
