‘Taxpaying elector’ means a person who is qualified to vote at general elections in this state, whether or not registered to vote or a resident in the district, and who, or whose spouse, is obligated as an owner or as a contract purchaser at a designated time or event to pay a general tax on real property within the district.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
