The Legislature declares that it is primarily the responsibility of each owner or occupier of land in this State to control weeds on his or her own land, but finds that in certain areas this responsibility can best be discharged through control by organized districts.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 555.202
- Control: means to cut, destroy or eradicate established noxious weed populations in order to prevent:
(a) The spread, maturation and dispersal of any propagative part of the noxious weed; and
(b) The reproduction and spread of the noxious weed. See Nevada Revised Statutes 555.005
