‘Hearing aid’ means any:

- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. Device worn by a person who suffers from impaired hearing for the purpose of amplifying sound to improve hearing or compensate for impaired hearing, including, without limitation, an earmold; and
2. Part, attachment or accessory for such a device.
