Each license shall:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 675.130
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- License: means a license, issued under the authority of this chapter, to make loans in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, at a single place of business. See Nevada Revised Statutes 675.020
- Licensee: means a person to whom one or more licenses have been issued. See Nevada Revised Statutes 675.020
1. State the address at which the business is to be conducted; and
2. State fully the name of the licensee, and if the licensee is a copartnership or association, the names of its members, and if a corporation, the date and place of its incorporation.
