‘Creditor’ means the lender of money or vendor or lessor of goods, services, property, rights or privileges for which payment is arranged through a credit transaction, and includes:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
1. The successor to the right, title or interest of;
2. An affiliate, associate or subsidiary of;
3. Any director, officer or employee of; or
4. Any other person in any way associated with, any such lender, vendor or lessor.
