It is unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on, or hold himself or herself out as engaging in or carrying on, the business of administering escrows without first obtaining a license as a title insurer, title agent or escrow officer issued pursuant to this title or as an escrow agent or escrow agency issued pursuant to chapter 645A of NRS.
