‘School property’ means any real property, building or facilities owned, leased or occupied by:

- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
1. A public school as defined in NRS 385.007;
2. A private school as defined in NRS 394.103; or
3. An institution of higher education.
