Every annual report, record or statement required by law to be made to the Commission must be submitted under oath by the proper officer, agent or person responsible for submitting the report, record or statement.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 703.193
- Commission: means the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. See Nevada Revised Statutes 703.010
- Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
