The Commission shall prepare and publish pamphlets and other descriptive material which:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 703.205
- Commission: means the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. See Nevada Revised Statutes 703.010
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
1. Contain information about the Commission and the public utilities under the jurisdiction of the Commission.
2. Encourage the conservation of energy.
