Every person operating as a common, contract or private motor carrier must, before commencing operation in this State in any calendar year, secure from the Department a license and make payments therefor as provided in NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, as applicable.

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
