1. Each list required to be filed under the provisions of NRS 87.541 to 87.5443, inclusive, must, after the name of each managing partner listed thereon, set forth the address, either residence or business, of each managing partner.

- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. If the addresses are not stated for each person on any list offered for filing, the Secretary of State may refuse to file the list, and the foreign registered limited-liability partnership for which the list has been offered for filing is subject to all the provisions of NRS 87.541 to 87.5443, inclusive, relating to failure to file the list within or at the times therein specified, unless a list is subsequently submitted for filing which conforms to the provisions of this section.
