Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes > Chapter 163 > Testamentary Additions to Trusts (Uniform Act)

  • Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.

  • Testator: A male person who leaves a will at death.
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
