    (a) The result of a game;

    (b) The amount or frequency of payment in a game;

    (c) The value of a wagering instrument; or

    (d) The value of a wagering credit. See Nevada Revised Statutes 465.015

  • county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
  • Legal tender: coins, dollar bills, or other currency issued by a government as official money. Source: U.S. Mint
  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
