Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 12-O:41
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The review under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 12-O:40 shall not apply to state loans or state loan guarantees of less than $250,000, or to state grants of less than $50,000.
