Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 125-F:12

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • Program: means the radiological health program of the department of health and human services. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 125-F:3
The program, or its duly authorized representatives, shall have the power to enter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property to determine whether there is compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules adopted thereunder, except that entry into areas under the jurisdiction of the federal government shall be effected only with the concurrence of the federal government or its duly designated representative.
