No provision of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-O:1 through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-O:18 of this chapter shall be implemented in a manner inconsistent with the integrated, multi-pollutant strategy or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-O:1 through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-O:18 of this chapter, and to this end, the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-O:1 through N.H. Rev. Stat. § 125-O:18 of this chapter are not severable.
