Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 126-A:35
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The office of reimbursements, with the approval of the commissioner, may, upon request, act on behalf of any state department, as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 9:1, to recover any moneys due such department. The office of reimbursements shall not be liable for any expenses or costs incurred in any action brought pursuant to this section.
