Any person committing a fraud on the women, infants, and children program under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 132:12-a shall be charged under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 638:15. Any person violating any other provision of this subdivision or any rule adopted under this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
