  • Civil forfeiture: The loss of ownership of property used to conduct illegal activity.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
Any person who violates any provision of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 141-E or any rule adopted under it, or any term or condition of a license, certificate, or order issued under RSA 141-E, shall be subject to a civil forfeiture of up to $25,000 for each day of a continuing violation, in addition to enforcement by injunctive relief.
