Every person who shall let or use any building for the purposes specified in N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 155 after required permit has been denied or rescinded, or any person violating any provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
