  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
  • month: shall mean a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" shall be equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:8
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
If an employee or user of a building or facility determines or believes that the person in charge or others are not complying with this subdivision or rules adopted pursuant to this subdivision, a complaint shall be registered with the person in charge. If the complaint is not resolved within one calendar month, the complainant may proceed under the complaint procedures established by the commissioner under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 155:71.
