Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 167-C:3

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
Any person or persons, firm or corporation, or the agent of any person or persons, firm or corporation who denies or interferes with the admittance to or enjoyment of the public facilities enumerated in N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 167-D or otherwise interferes with the rights of a totally or partially blind or otherwise disabled person as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 167-C or N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 167-D shall be fined not more than $25.
