Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 184:82-a
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The commissioner shall certify to the milk sanitation board that any laboratory in the state engaged in whole or in part in the analysis of milk or milk products meets the criteria established in rules adopted by the board under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 184:93, I(l), if requested by the board.
