A tenancy in a manufactured housing park may be terminated by a manufactured housing park owner or operator upon giving notice in writing to the tenant in the manner prescribed by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 540:5 and by first class mail, to remove from the premises within a period of not less than:
I. 30 days, for an action based on N.H. Rev. Stat. § 205-A:4, I.
II. 60 days, for an action based on N.H. Rev. Stat. § 205-A:4, II, III, IV, or V.
III. 18 months, for an action based on N.H. Rev. Stat. § 205-A:4, VI.
