I. The executive director shall report annually to the registrar of vital records pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 5-C:2 on any deaths or injuries occurring in the state related to the operation of snowmobiles and OHRVs.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:53
- Executive director: means the executive director of the fish and game department. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:1
- Snowmobile: means any vehicle propelled by mechanical power that is designed to travel over ice or snow supported in part by skis, tracks, or cleats. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:1
- Snowmobiles: shall not include OHRVs as defined in RSA 215-A. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 215-C:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
