Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 266:112

I. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:106 - Wrecker: shall mean a motor vehicle of the truck type designed, manufactured, intended, or adapted primarily for the towing of vehicles upon a way. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:126
Any person who drives a wrecker on the ways of this state in violation of the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:108, N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:109, or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:110 shall be guilty of a violation.
