Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 266:77
- Motorcycle: shall mean every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than 3 wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding electric bicycles, tractors, and mopeds. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:63
It shall be illegal to drive a motorcycle with improvised, defective, or repaired handlebars.
