Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270-B:3-a
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Nothing in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 270-B:3 shall be construed as limiting the power of the director of state police or his or her authorized representatives to tow any boat which they find being operated without proper registration or equipment, but such boat shall not be considered to be abandoned and the provisions of this chapter relating to impoundment, removal, and storage shall not apply.
