Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270-D:4-a
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Any person who participates in a water event for which a permit has not been issued as required by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 270-D:4, shall be guilty of a violation and fined not less than $100. Any person who continues to participate in or refuses to disperse from the location of such an event after being ordered by a marine patrol officer or other local, county, or state law enforcement officer to cease participation and disperse shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
