- person: means any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association or joint-stock association, including any trustee, administrator, executor, receiver, assignee or other personal representative thereof. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270:2
No person shall operate any boat equipped with any motor, except an electric motor with 50 pounds or less of thrust and a power source of 24 volts or less, on Spoonwood Pond in the town of Nelson. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
