- person: means any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association or joint-stock association, including any trustee, administrator, executor, receiver, assignee or other personal representative thereof. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 270:2
No person shall use or operate any motorboat or other boat equipped with an outboard motor of more than 7.5 horsepower on the waters of Lee’s Pond in the town of Moultonborough. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
