Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:3
- Board: means the board of barbering, cosmetology, and esthetics. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 313-A:1
- governor and council: shall mean the governor with the advice and consent of the council. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:31-a
The governor and council may remove any member of the board for misconduct, incompetence, neglect of duty, or for any other just cause. Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment by the governor and council as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 313-A:2.
